I'm currently in the planning phase of trying to launch a co-working facility for solo entrepreneurs (like myself) and other micro businesses in Santa Fe. The basic concept is that a group of these small businesses share an office space, keeping costs way down while fostering community and providing access to services and facilities that would otherwise be out of reach. The anticipated pricing would be $200 per month (or less).

The current goals:

1) determine the level of interest in the community

2) determine the best location (downtown, off 2nd street, in the Lofts, etc)

3) determine what amenities and services businesses would want (wireless Internet, conference room, projectors, etc)
